Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Shipping Costs

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our site when available.
Multiple-Item Orders
If your order includes multiple products, they may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.
You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
This approach helps us deliver curated items directly from our verified suppliers.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Urban Rituals is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes applied by your country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and may vary depending on your region’s regulations.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We take every precaution to ensure your package arrives safely.
However, if your order:

Include your order number, tracking ID, and a brief description of the issue.
We’ll work directly with our fulfillment partners to resolve it promptly.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.
Urban Rituals cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you realize you’ve entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@urbanrituals.co — we’ll do our best to update it before fulfillment begins.
Shipping Restrictions
